By making payment for the $2,000 Consulting Call, you agree to the terms below as they relate to the $2,000 Consulting Call.

  1. No legal advice. This consultation is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in this consultation constitutes legal advice, regulatory advice, or compliance advice specific to your business. You should consult a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before making decisions based on this consultation.
  2. No attorney–client relationship. Your participation in this consultation does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and LumaLex Law or any of its attorneys.
  3. Confidential, but not privileged. We agree to keep information you share during this consultation confidential. However, you acknowledge that communications may not be protected by attorney–client privilege, that this consultation is not legal representation, and that you should not disclose highly sensitive information you would only share with retained counsel.
  4. Fee. The $2,000 fee for this consultation is not refundable and is earned when received by LumaLex Law.
  5. Credit. If you enroll in the full RUO Compliance Launch Program, the $2,000 will be credited toward the $7,500 total program fee.
  6. Scheduling and cancellation. You may cancel or reschedule this consultation provided you give 24 hours' advance notice. If you do not, you forfeit the consultation.
